RENTAL CONDITIONS

i4 Housing always strives for a good match between the profile of the tenant(s) and the rental conditions. We test the income of the tenants. The rental conditions may differ per object and are therefore stated in the offer text on www.i4housing.nl, Funda and other websites.

 

If you want to rent a home through i4 Housing, we will carry out a credit check before reaching an agreement. We will also request documents to discuss with the owner of the rented object. If you are married or have a (registered) partnership, we would like to receive documents from both (potential) tenants. Please read the overview below carefully. Incomplete submission will lead to delays and possibly to rejection.

Employment details:

  • Passport for tenant and residents (copy of front and back);
  • Labor contract;
  • Employer’s declaration;
  • Income details for the last 3 months (pay slips and bank deposits);

Entrepreneurial details:

  • Passport for tenant and residents (copy of front and back);
  • Extract from Chamber of Commerce registration;
  • Annual figures (two most recent financial years);
  • Income tax return (two most recent years);
  • Copy of bank statement business account (not older than 1 month);

Student details:

  • Passport for tenant and residents (copy of front and back);
  • Proof of study registration;
  • Bank deposits from the past three months of any type of income (read: income from a part-time job, any allowances, any financial support, student loans);

Guarantor:

  • Guarantor details in accordance with “salary data” or “entrepreneur data” (see above);
