Renting method at i4 Housing
REGISTRATION
Have you discovered the ideal home at i4 Housing? Please respond by email ( info@i4housing.nl ) and fill in the requested information (as stated in the offer text of the rental property). We use your information to determine whether you are eligible for a viewing of the property. In some cases, when there are extreme numbers of applications, we will make a pre-selection.
PREPARE ADDITIONAL PIECES?
Often after a positive viewing from both sides, we request that (financial) documents be submitted. Do you want to prepare some things to speed up the process? For the required documents, see the Rental Conditions page.
THE VIEWING
Are you enthusiastic about the house? Please pass this on to the rental agent or contact us at info@i4housing or 070 511 75 71. We will provide you with an informative email in which we request the following documentation from you:
– Copy of identification;
– Copy of employment contract;
– Employer’s declaration;
– Copies of the 3 most recent pay slips;
We will only process an application when we have received the complete documentation in accordance with the rental conditions.
THE MAIN REGISTRATION
As soon as the viewing has taken place, you can show interest in renting the house. If you have been selected as a candidate tenant, we will request you to complete the main registration. As soon as your file is complete, we will consult with the owner of the rented property and inform you as soon as possible about the next step.
SIGNING THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
Signing the rental agreement often takes place digitally. You will receive the rental agreement (and additional documents) for inspection at least one working day prior to signing. If desired, we will schedule a (telephone) appointment to discuss any questions and supervise the digital signing. After signing the rental agreement, you will also be requested to pay the first rental payment and the deposit.
CHECK-IN AND KEY HANDOVER
As soon as the house is ready and ready to move into, we will hand over the keys to you after signing the check-in report.
