Taxation
During the appraisal or inspection of the house or business premises, our real estate agent pays close attention to aspects such as the condition of the maintenance, content and surface of the house or business premises, the construction and quality of the materials used, the degree of insulation, the rights and obligations that rest on the ground, the location and the surroundings. In addition, the real estate agent identifies other circumstances that may affect value, such as price developments in the market, zoning plans, but also macro-economic conditions. In addition to an explanation from the real estate agent, you will receive an extensive appraisal report of the findings.
